Mr. Hamdan comes with a rich experience of over 25 years in Human Resources and General Administration in various reputed firms in the Sultanate of Oman. He is well versed with the local laws of Oman, government bodies and their regulations.
His core strengths are departmental planning, organizational development and staff counseling.
Mr.Hamadan has a master’s degree in Business Administration with project management from Cardiff Metropolitan University
Dr.Zaheerudeen comes with a rich experience of over 3 decades in Hospital Administration and Ophthalmology in Oman and India. He has 36 years of work experience in Administrative role in Oman Sur Regional Hospital and Khoula.
He is the recipient of Best Doctors Award thrice from Ministry of Health. He was also member of many National Health Programs steering Committees and MOH policy decision committee including hospital autonomy initiative and disaster management planning.
Mr.Sumanth is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 32 years of post-qualification experience. He is also a qualified CISA- Computer Information Systems Auditor from ISACA-USA.
He has worked with big organizations like Wipro in India and has been in the Middle East for the last 29 years with various organizations like Oman Flour Mills SAOG, United Kaipara Dairies UAE, Al Fairuz Trading & Contracting Co LLC and lastly with Shanfari Group of companies for the last 19 years.
He brings with him, valuable experience in various sectors like Manufacturing, FMCG, Trading , Contracting Joinery & Wood Works, Travel & Tourism, Car Rental, and Hospitality business.
Over the years, has also gained other managerial experience including people management, delegation, and other soft-skill sets.
Mr.Avinash, comes with more than 8 years of experience in SCM and Operations in India and Oman. He is heading Operations in Al Hayat International Hospital and is proficient in making operations strategies, and its effective implementation along with excellent people management skills.
He is a motivational leader who not only helps teams to achieve their individual goals, but also works towards the goal of the organization collectively.
Mr Avinash has a technical background with an Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication. He is also certified in “Purchase and Project Management” from one of the premium institute of India IIMM.
He is associate individual member of CAHO, Member of professional body of IIMM and has undergone the Proficiency training in SCM
Mr.Pradeep has an experience of over 20 years and is one of the long associated employee of Al Hayat International Hospital.
He is spearheading the Home care services along with facilities department. Proficient in making cordial relationships with the clients and various stakeholders at hospital ensuring the quality and service norms to achieve customer satisfaction and business retention.
Highly successful in building the relationship with key decision makers, seizing control of critical problems and delivering on client commitments.
Mr.Thomson is our Chief Nursing Officer with an experience of over 15 Years in the field of Nursing. He has extensively worked in Oman and India and has proficiently managed various departments including emergency care and Critical care units.
He has exceptional ability to think strategically and has an experience participating in, or leading, an organization in planning for its future, such as: strategy design, planning, implementation and evaluation. Functional understanding of systems, as well as understanding of quality frameworks and how their department can support client safety and quality care.
AHIH HR & Administration department is headed by our very dynamic and skilled lady – Ms. Amira Al Balushi.
She has a rich experience of 13 years in Administration, HR & Legal field.
She completed MBA – Cardiff Metropolitan University, UK, 2021.

Reception is the face of the hospital and the first point of contact for any patient. This important department is headed by Mrs. Jacinta Kumar who has been a part of our Al Hayat family.
She has been working with us for the past 22 years and she has served the hospital with great compassion and commitment and manages the team which execute duties such as billing, answering patient queries and guest relation. Multi-tasking while maintaining a cool demeanor is her key skill which makes her one of the key persons of our organization.
