Insurance Department

The Company Relations and Insurance Department shares actively in raising the standard of medical care delivered to the hospital clients and maximizing patient satisfaction by delivering services in the minimum waiting time through fulfilling the required document and expedition of arrangement of company approval for prescribed services.
To achieve that objective, the department adopts the team work strategy through ensuring well trained staff, and close cooperation with hospital doctors and other concerned staff to enlighten them on medical insurance benefits and conditions and to prepare reports and clarifications requested by insurance companies.
The department also establishes good professional and personal relations with companies’ authorities to ensure best and timely medical benefits for patients and to solve in- and out-hospital problems that may hinder the provision of medical care.
