We have a team of highly capable and competent doctors operating the department and attending to injuries requiring immediate medical attention. The trauma team is led by three senior consultants. The team is proficient in quick decision making and suggesting further course of action required to stabilize the case at hand. It is also backed by round-the-clock support from consultants and specialists in, general surgery, urology, cardiology, orthopaedics, etc.
The all-equipped team is always prepared to dispense emergency treatment related to acute heart failure, heart attack, hypertensive emergencies, acute asthma and acute exacerbation of COPD, among various other emergencies. It is stocked with state-of-the-art Medical Monitors, Portable ventilators, Defibrillators, Infusion pumps and crash carts, Bipap Machines, Fast bedside USG, Bedside X-ray, Bedside R-Lead ECG, MRI, CT scan and X-ray at close proximity.
Our Cardiac Cath Lab is fully functional and operates 24/7 making it systematic to efficiently facilitate and take up emergency cases in need for angioplasty or pacemaker implantation etc. The department makes every effort to focus on quick analysis, identification and further evaluation of patients presenting to the Emergency Centre.
